its very fun with high energy level too, since you don't really run out of ammo so long you can keep your guns repaired and know the locations of the things. I might just need to figure out how to spawn in another plasma uzi after you finish rec/ops so its feasible to deal with rumblers.

I am pretty sure that I had impossible spawns get stuck on BOTM when I did the menu trick (rumblers just kept appearing) for CMs and I thought it was pretty fun, even with normal mode health. I noticed that when I did a hard mode replay it was still not as many spawns.

Is there also a way to adjust price of items? I kind of wanted like the Ss1 selector where you can select enemy difficulty, resource costs, difficulty of puzzles to make a custom difficulty game.

For instance I am looking forward to eventually trying impossible mode spawns with a repair heavy build on secmod 3 so I can work on maintaining the sentries on ops, engineering and maybe others against heavy spawns.

Alternatively, load this as a DML mod.

Code: [Select]
DML1

TagBlock "DIFFPARAM"
{
"Upgrade Mult: Playtest" 0.85 //was 1.00
"Upgrade Mult: Easy" 0.85
"Upgrade Mult: Normal" 0.85 //was 1.00
"Upgrade Mult: Hard" 0.85 //was 1.40
"Upgrade Mult: Imposs" 0.85 //was 1.80
"Upgrade Mult: Multi" 0.85 //was 1.40
}

This makes all difficulties have the same upgrade costs as Easy difficulty.

change difficulty in the options menu before and after upgrade.

How does the CM cost thing work?

I basically want to play on impossible but have the CM costs be like easy. I find the increased spawns and damage and stuff fun, but the scarcity of CM is annoying. Is it possible to modify some game files to do this?

It won't be as hard but it should be fun to have some fast paced frantic combat situations.
