Rickenbacker Doors

I didn't like the look of these doors, especially with that filler text. So I decided to decipher what I could from the old doors and from a few other textures which included the original text and I came up with this. I used the door textures from SHTUP and tweaked the lighting a little bit to match the ambient light from the hallways but also thought that the doors were a little too light so I added some darkness to them. All credit goes to the original creator(s).

Ahem. Those doors aren't just used on the Rickenbacker. They're also used on the space station.

Yes I know, but through the blur of the text on the vanilla doors, they all say UNN Rickenbacker. You and everyone else can criticize this all you want, I was just going for what looked more aesthetically appealing. Using filler text is usually just meant for temporary placement, I would know because I design websites.

And wait... you thought the text on the SHTUP door texture was just lorem ipsum nonsense? Sigh. It's "Vix ulla tam iniqua pax, quin bello vel aequissimo sit potior", which translates to "Scarcely is there any peace so unjust that it is better than even the fairest war." It's a quote from Erasmus. I thought it would make an amusing slogan for the UNN, as a play on Strategic Air Command's old slogan "Peace is our profession".
