New resource request - SS2 manually unstripped ops3 and shodan levels

Lets make it official - a few stripped levels have already been made unstripped by antimatter_16 and Grosnus, and only two maps remain in a stripped (level geometry uneditable) form at this moment. Anyone willing to take a shot at manually reconstructing them should let us know first - the latest SCP wip build of the level in question will be provided. And while I'm fully aware of that beggars can't be choosers thing, the reconstruction needs to be 99% accurate to make the cut - only the best stuff gets added to SCP.

Note - the shodan level should be fairly easy to stitch together from parts of already available rick3 and dojo levels.
