SS2: Cybermodules not showing up

So I did some searching around and I can't seem to find anything about my problem on the boards here, so I'll just shoot:

I recently got the HOTU version, and everything is working great so far, except for this weird problem where I can't accumulate cybermodules.  In the very beginning when you're supposed to be given some they never appear, and when I pick them up they don't either.  I've even tried cheating myself some with the add_pool ## thing but nothing happens.

Whats the deal here?

Are you using any mods? Try saving/reloading and possibly start a new game. I've heard of that problem before, can't find the thread atm, but it certainly wasn't permanent.

Sometimes the simplest things work best.  Starting a new game helped, thanks!
