I used SS2BMM.

The first video was quite large, so took a fair bit of time to upload. With all of these videos, if there are bits people feel are pointless and better off removed, let me know. Only takes a short bit of time to do within Youtube's video editor.

yeah, FMselect is supposed to be used to load FMs, not doing that may, and will cause slight issues and conflicts with mods.

unless there are parts where one attempts the same jump for 15 minutes, there is no real need to edit things out, I think.

Two things:

1 - Funny thing. The door that didn't work in the video. After I stopped recording, I went back to that level and the door suddenly worked. No idea why.

2. How do I get fmsel working? When I run ss2.exe it goes directly in-game. Checked cam_mod.ini and couldn't find a bit for selecting it's use or not. Up until I updated my version of NewDark, fmsel would come up 1st every time. So I know it's a ini file somewhere.

1 - weird. maybe a phys/v-sync thing.

2 - either uncomment ;fm in cam_mod.ini, or create a windows shortcut to ss2.exe and add -fm to the target line.

sure. I'm also quite satisfied with the ecologies - I think they finally spawn just enough cannon fodder to keep the player on their toes, while not being table-flippingly annoying.

I liked the part where you were investigating the "haunted" sector of the Gallo, and spooky shit was happening all over the place, and you were just doop-de-doo wandering around and looting like nothing was happening.

yeah, that's the price you pay as a veteran player - you don't actually play the game, you just resolve the situations at hand.

anyway, the fuel code is now getting logged properly - will post a patch soonish.
