nope, this is ADaoB, and without the tool - whoever cobbled together this pirate compilation, just dropped the ND package and a couple of mods onto whatever cd version of SS2 he just torrented.

looking at the protocol droid, I'm thinking most russian LPs use the same (this) pirate version - rule of thumb is the more you go east, the less people care about actually getting their software from legal sources. hence, ages old pirate compilations circling around.

also, incorrect aspect ratio, lowres and compression/reprocess artifacts, just for good measure. but no condensed milk, so lets be grateful for that.
