all the RU translations available seem to be of dubious quality, Fargus being no exception. would be nice to find out which one is the least bad, but that would mean geting an opinion of a veteran SS2 player who is also a native speaker, and I'm not aware of anyone active who would fit the bill.

fargus is an official localizer, but the main thing is not translation, but voice acting, and their different versions, “Фаргус(Fargus), 7th Wolf, Наша Марка(Nasha Marka - « Our Brand ») and Webcoll”

but yes! a native speaker (bilingual) could translate the example of the differences by correctly capturing the differences from the original in English.

I will say that, many don't like Fargus - as a voice acting, but the complete translation in the game seems to be appreciated. but there is someone «nostalgiruet». the majority is always of the same opinion, cannot be better the original.

I guess that mean Fargus, while far from perfect, is the most complete, and the least annoying to use.

The author of the video "Angry Zombie" criticizes Fargus - including, the actors could have done better. Fargus annoys someone on his own, since they localized almost everything. so some people like other versions of the voice acting. (and thanks for the video!)
