help with 'psi booster' item?

Hi guys, new to strangebedfellows, just came back to SS2 after years to find all these cool new mods, fixes, ect.

I found a cool item called a "Psi Booster" (NOT psi hypo) in MedSci2 (I think)  ; it's a researchable hypo that gives a 5 minute boost to psi of 1 psi point. I don't remember it in the original game and think it's added by a mod, but apart from texture mods I only have POP's difficulty, and ADoOB (did I spell that right? {the bug fixer}). Didn't see anything like that listed in the readme's.

I thought the item was really cool but could not find another one again (seemed to be random loot). I opened gamesys in ShockED, but didn't see it listed in the heirarchy (i'm pretty bad with DromED though).

anyone know the mod that adds it or mabey it's referance? i.e. Summon_obj XXX?
