Level TV was a series of the video game magazine Level, which was published on the attached DVD from issue 105 (October 2002). The content in the first parts combined news and scenes, later they switched to separate uncut episodes. The parts are listed on Youtube in the original DVD quality.

"in space, no one can hear you scream", heh.

little oopsie with the Citadel station orbiting Earth, apart from that, pretty ok - praise all around for both games (engines, physics, audio mechanics etc, but pointing out the missing mouselook in SS1 and lowpoly AIs in SS2). no mods mentioned - this is from 2002 if I understand correctly, so no wonder.
