I think you need to be using all the latest DE translation to get translated AND modded at the same time. will check, I can understand german quite well.

The DE Mods need to have a certain order (Vollständige at the bottom and Verbesserte on the top) to properly work. And then still you have ZBs SHTUP textures in english, since no one has done them in german yet. Acceptable evil, considering they look so much better than the origs.
PS: also has rebirth mod activated seen in (#02) and new quest notifier.
