Deck 6 - Officers Lounge - Men's Bathroom

So there is this huge crack in the wall you see as you go in there.  You find a Disposable Maintenance Tool in the showers.  Upon picking the item up would it be possible to spawn in a Shotgun Hybrid say and have him looking at you through the crack on the other side as you leave?  I remember once having a Hybrid do that to me on the other side of a glass wall before and stare right at me and say his creepy stuff.

More enemy scripting is precisely what this game does NOT need, imo.
