Some (terrible) streamers are just like that. Any time there's a cutscene they tune out to catch up on the stream chat or whatever and ignore what's happening in the game.

If she'd played it before, I don't think it would have taken her almost a minute to figure out how to get out of an elevator.

Wow that's bad and hilarious at the same time. How could she operate in reality in not knowing how to operate an elevator? Then again real ones don't require you to press a button to open them.
