The singer Meat Loaf, best known for the album Bat Out Of Hell and it's two sequels, has sadly passed away, aged 74. It was only last year that  Jim Steinman, who was Meat Loaf's friend of nearly fifty years, the writer of many of Meat Loaf's best songs and the sole writer of the first Bat Out Of Hell album, passed away.

The Covid years just keep getting more miserable, don't they?

BTW, Meat Loaf was a huge fan of Monty Python's Flying Circus, including their records, their films, and their TV show. Not important, but I thought I'd mention it (because I love Monty Python, too!).

Bat of Hell forever be my favourite song of his.

I remember him singing on stage over here in Aus for a AFL Grand Final many years ago. Not good singing that day. Will forever remember him for the better days + that unusual appearance in Fight Club.

R.I.P mate.

At this frequency, the parasitic capacitance etc start to be a real big issue.
