I was looking around the source codes again.
I found couple of references to names "Cyberia" and "Citadel".

Does anyone know if Cyberia was one of the names before System Shock was decided?

Cyberia was released ~9 months before and they had to change the name?

I think that file, where Cyberia is mentioned, is only for the Mac version. It is mostly memory management for the resource files (they are totally different format).
