Attempting to host a game via wifi on a windows 10 device directly through port forwarding and not matter what I try it refuses to work.
I've double checked the router rules.
I've double checked my network config.
Tried it with my firewall off.
I've even tried using netstat with the application's PID to try and double check the ports listed on the multiplayer guide thread.

And I have gotten it to work in the past on my old computer last year or so.
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions or solutions to help?

And it's a gripping story, surprisingly.
