ExpertTech Implant

I found an Implant called ExperTech or something similar that ups all your techs by 1, but I had to restart my game. Now, I can't find it again. I thought it was in Hydro but I'm not sure. Does anyone know where it is?

There is a detailed walkthrough on www.sshock2.com. Ofcourse, don't read it, just find ExpertTech via CTRL+F in it so you'll know where it is. If I recall there is one both on Ops and Rec, I don't recall for Hydro.

I might have been thinking ops, that's where I was before I switched over to the HOTU version.

I really can't recall where exactly. I think it's in some crate in the beginning of Rec, and somewhere near the end of Ops, but not sure where precisely.

its on deck 4. go into the airlock directly across from the elevator. when you come out of it go straight down the hall. go through a couple of rooms untel you come to an L shaped hallway that has a security turret to the right and a camera straight ahead. head down hall tword the turret. its in a desk in one of the doors on the left, i can't remeber which one.
