No spider patch-has anybody got it?

Hi,
I've recently started playing SS2, and so far it's really great-one of the best games I've ever played, and definitely the scariest one. But let's cut the bullshit-A friend of mine told me that there are spiders in the game, and knowing I'm an arachnophobe, he told me to google "no-spider patch". I did it, but i didn't find anything else than a dead torrent link. So... has anybody got that patch? If yes, I'd be very thankful if you could upload it for me on rapidshare, sendspace etc. I don't feel like moving on with the game if I'm gonna have to fight spiders, cause I'll probably crap my pants.
