reducing the amount of recoil negated by weapon skill

i wish to prevent 6 weapon skill from causing 0 recoil but i cant find it anywhere...

very sure you will have to create your own weapon modify scripts, pretty much peak SS2 modding. the good news is the vanilla modify script has already been converted to squirrel, so you can start there (get SCP, see scpScript.nut).
