As the title says, ShockEd is a higher resolution than my screen. I've tried looking through DromEd.cfg, but couldn't find anything to make it smaller. What can i do? I really want to make some FMs for SS2.

check user.cfg, make sure the resolution you set is lower than your desktop resolution. so edit_screen_size 1600,900 would do fine if you have a 1920x1080 screen, for example.

also make sure you read ALL the available guides and hints/ask questions if you are serious about making fan missions, you will save yourself a lot of pain.

Doesn't ShockEd default to 1024x768 or lower?

it should (1024x768). so he either changed it earlier (and forgot?), or has something else going on (user.cfg missing?) - we will see soon, most likely.

if the install was not patched up with SS2tool, then I would higly recommended to do that and let it install the editor properly - there is pretty much no way anyone is getting it installed manually, even I would not attempt that.

change it to 1024x720, or maybe even 1024x600 then.

edit_screen_size 1024,600

ALF disappeared through a hole in the riser, was stuffed into a case, and immediately removed from the building.
