No more HOTU SS2 on SBF

Tags: °HOTUApparently the HOTU version relies on an older DivX codec (v5) and the videos do not run with the current DivX codec.
Few people will want to install an old video codec over a new one and the size difference compared to an ISO is negligible nowadays.

For that reason I plan to pull support for the HOTU version and instead provide support solely for original vanilla games. I have started modifying guides accordingly. Information specific to the HOTU version is not deleted but gathered in the HOTU version thread.

Edit: As it turns out the old codec problem can be avoided quite easily by installing ffdshow, see the HOTU version thread for details.
