Somewhat reworked concept art by Gareth Hinds.
I really like the sketch below. She seems to be wearing some kind of ritual battle dress and looks like an exotic warrior.
The second one was a magazine cover from which I took out the magazine parts. It's all pretty lowres unfortunately.

To be honest, SHODAN's "human" forms looked pretty damn creepy.  One of the most geniusly designed enemies in my opinion.
