Maybe you should remove the 2-slot weapon icons (pistol, psi-amp, laser pistol) too, since it doesn't affect gamesys anymore.

Anyway, Kolya, good work. I'd like to point out that this mod has broken textures for assassins. There are transparent spots on them.

But SS2 Arcaniac's & Kolya's Redux GerMany Conversion has them fixed so you can just take out the files mesh\txt16\assblk.gif and assred.gif from there...the models are identical.

I think the "broken" texture is done on purpose, like some kind of camo.

A texture with transparent holes is probably not on purpose. It happens easily in dark when you mix up the color palette.
I will fix that soon. Thanks for the hint miraclefreak!

Okay, I've just encountered some really really weird bug here. I'm on Hydro B, on the floor above the cold storage sector (where the eggs and one of the enviro regulator are) and there are two cubic-like hybrids... they look like lego blocks with arms. If I don't kill them on the spot, my game crashes. Once they are dead, they start spinning around endlessly.

It's dark, I know. I tried to increase Gamma, but it didn't help.

You can play it with shtup but it doesn't make sense to play with rebirth as these mods both replace the enemy models.

It makes sense to play it with Rebirth, I activate Arcaniac before activating Rebirth so I can play with Arcaniac's wrench texture, item textures and sounds but with Rebirth's skins/models, no offense Arcaniac but your hybrid skin/model is too different, he looks too friendly. :P

A job well done though, I always have this mod on, along with SHTUP, Rebirth, and Eldron's PSI-Amp.

In that case.. of course no. You can't have split screen where you'll see the models both ways.
But you may mix the files to suit your needs, some models from one mod, some from the other. You'll need to understand which files are related to which model. See Modding Mechanics to have better insight.

Sounds likely. What other mods do you have installed? Did the Modmanager throw up a conflict message?

Well you have two mods replacing the pistol there (Arcaniac and Tacticool). Try installing the Tacticool gun over this mess again.
Needless to say you would be better off using the Modmanager on a new game installation.

Awesome mod.  I think it gives a bit of a Resident Evil style to the Hybrids though.  I'll have to try it out.

But there is something i still dont get.
I got the weapons (exept the VERY pretty wrench) deleted.
But I still cant use SHUTP without black doors... And Pipes...
Does this graphics pack mess with those?

No, I don't think so. I couldn't find any door or pipe objects or textures in it. Try to activate SHTUP after this mod to see if this resolves the problem.

Hey Kolya does the german version have the same issue with the bots being too big to fit between spaces that they used to be able to fit between?  Probably right?  I want to change that.  I'm guessing I have to scale the physics box of the AI or something...or is it simpler than that.
