Anyone know what file generates the Laser Pistol's laser?
I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to find it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Since I changed the forums structure lately this may have been unclear. Anyway, I'm moving this thread.

The file you are looking for is probably "shock2.gam".

The model files used are:

Normal (blue) shot:
lazbolt2.bin
--> Bulb.pcx
--> Blue.gif

Overcharge (red) shot:
lazboltr.bin
--> Red.pcx

These files can all be found in obj.crf (a renamed zip archive); the .bin (3d model) files are in the root, and the textures are under the /txt16/ folder.

The settings for the laser pistol shots are stored in Shock2.gam, and can be modified in ShockEd.
Their archetypes are Laser Shot (-2473) and Big Laser Shot (-2255).

Updating... I've changed the appearance; just need to create the projectile for the beam ^^
