IRC user URL test

This is a test on how to link users on an IRC network directly from outside.
Unfortunately it turns out that there's no standard on how such a link should be formed.

So if you're using ChatZilla like me, then this link will work for you. By "work" I mean it will directly open a private conversation between you and me in ChatZilla:
irc://irc.starchat.net/Kolya,isnick

If you're using the Opera browser things are a bit different:
irc://irc.starchat.net/query=Kolya

Other browsers/IRC clients haven't really been tested yet. It seems mIRC is incapable of correctly opening IRC links at all. It doesn't get the server information.
