Because this thread was supossed to be about people doing stupid/creative/funny things with System Shock.
Yahtzee's video is more of an review. I thought about starting a review thread, but I've yet to see a post worthy review.
Most of them are like:"So, this System Shock thing...came out in 2003 after Bioshock and EA has all the rights for it"

He turned into one, yah. He's still very elaborate, but now he's an elaborate idiot, which for obvious reasons is the most fearsome type of idiot. But even with that talent you can't completely sneak your stupidity past the audience.
Has he just dissed the voice actors AND music of SS2? Maybe I should go back to RPS, even it means I actually have to read the shit myself.

well some people do find the music too distracting, but yeah, he misfired completely with the voice acting - I believe he had it confused with SS1 (which, as far as I know, really did have the random milkman voiceovers in the cd version).

Because they're used to orchestra scores that largely stay in the background safe for the occasional bombastic leitmotiv. That music describes the environment, but not the player.
The music in SS2 reflects the psychological dynamics of the player instead. From heart pumping first action to alert cargo bay prowls. Alex North would have something to say about this. He discarded the leitmotiv style in the early 1950s and set out for little music sets that described characters in specific situations.

Have to agree. I quite liked some of his earlier reviews. The more recent one's though. Grrr.

I quite like RPS. I may not agree with some of the stuff they post, but they do post about good stuff.

Didn't feel like creating a separate thread, so I thought I might stick this here. This is a video I made in the Source Filmmaker that recreates the massacre on Deck 4 (The one where Bronson kills those innocent people) This took me around 2 days to make, and although it's my first time using the program, I think it turned out alright. Obviously there are some issues with it, and feel free to leave any constructive feedback, though anything mean spirited obviously doesn't help.

@AP I like the details in your video (like the soldiers pumping their pumpguns). Maybe you could reduce the black screen (about 30 seconds in the beginning) and let us see something there?
