Sorry System, I can't do anything about this neither. It's for the map pack again.
(Reminds me of the trap in Command; up the pipes in the flooded area on your way to the escape pods.)
(and the tiny hole neer the ceiling, in the wall in medsci, near the radioactive area)
(and the missing ceiling window in recreation, in one of the medical room)

Is there a thread somewhere about all the possible issues in SS2, how to recognize them and where to report each of them?

This is the only gravshaft I've noticed with this problem, so it might not be related to Four Hundred itself.

I have exactly the same problem, I suppose that modifying the placement of the texture will fix that.

Why do you keep posting pictures of your misconfigured bloom settings? It's a global effect-- it's going to show banding on EVERY bright object.

I did not re-report this as a bug - I just made screenshots before I knew it is caused by my settings. I never made subsequent screens with this banding and described it as a bug. Just now I also removed from the Imgur gallery these two screens which focused on the banding.

My bloom settings are based on this post:
Nah, it just takes a little restraint (something which seems to be in short supply). Try these settings:

bloom_threshold 0.95

My bad for not enabling "d3d_disp_enable_hdr" - this is why the banding was there. I will fix it today. Previous screens are still relevant as they focus on textures, models and clipping issues, not on lightning.

Bah, window. Try the first room to the left before the intersection to the radiated water area in BotM. That's SS2's chinese fingetrap with the exception that there's no means of escape.

it's great that you are so productive, but, if you are not including savegames, at least include detailed description of the issue (might be clear to you, but no so clear to the others), and the location of the problem (recdeck is not helping much, brothel is much better). I would be able to find (all) those places with a bit of running around, but the catch is, I don't have time to run around. also, as I've mentioned in the first post, corpses are a known issue, no need to report those. also, your mod config would be nice.

so, as harsh as it may sound, either report bugs properly, or don't bother at all.

"Low res texture" is particularly unhelpful. The original textures are ALL low-res. Reporting SHTUP textures as low-res is especially particularly annoying.

My mod config - ADaoB, SHTUP, 400, Rebirth, ImpNickers hybrid, Nurse Bloome, Tacticool, Eldron Pri Amp, Vurts enhancements (Goo, Eggs, Water, Blood, Flora, Turret, Muzzle Flash, Explosions).

As for the location, sorry being too vague. I assumed (perhaps incorrectly) that by knowing the deck name/number and by looking at the minimap on the screenshot it would be possible to quickly learn the location by comparing the minimap fragment with the full deck map.

How will I know that a texture which looks low-res to me is not the original one, but a SHTUP one? (I played the game in its vanilla state over 10 years ago so I do not remember how the original textures look like)
