i have had problems with the 'Ship 3' fan mission. :sad:
can anyone get through the first door? I am using ShockED so there shouldnt be a problem

I found this thread about Ship 3 on TTLG. It has some tips on how to get around the level.
I never played it myself.

I had a short look at it. It's a shame that it was never really completed!
There could be some improvement in balancing. There is a huge bunch of mutants, robots and rumblers there and you start with a few hypos, the good old wrench and a weak laser pistol.
Most of the time I couldn't decide where to go first, since you can enter every area right at the beginning.
The architecture can be confusing(but is still interesting) and because you have to fight nearly all the time, there is no time to get used to the corridors...

I like the log textes and the personal HUD girlie.
Also there are some very cool ideas like the organ you have to throw on a scanner and the moving turrets in the engine core.

At some point I had about 20 mutants behind me, opened a door and faced a rumbler, followed by a uncomfortable death :p.
So I will start a new approach tomorrow...
