Using Inventory SS2

Well I just got this game and I have to insert power cells fairly early on
in the single player campaign to get a door to open.

In my inventory I have a charged power cell but left clicking on it
does nothing. ie I can't drag and drop anything in my inventory or move
stuff around. I couldn't do this in Basic Training either.

I am using a Logitech MX510 mouse.

How am I supposed to use the power cells?
Is there a bind that needs to be edited?
If yes, what is it?

I have tried all sorts of things even the command line (shift+:) "use_obj power cell"
I have pressed every button including "p".
I can't get passed this part of the game.

Broken Use/Shoot Mode Problem.

Thanks for the link - all fixed just loaded the defaults and now it works
