Topic: Question: animated textures framerate Read 1097 times

Is there a way to increase the framerate of animated textures? These are series of different pictures, so what I'm asking is having them switched in between faster. I remember the main menu having this convenient STR file with the line "anim: bla bla", which ruled the animation speed.

See, I was editing the big SHODAN monitors in OPS1, when I noticed the framerate to be quite low. In alternative, should the setting be impossible to change, I could use a texture (brush or model) that is known to be much faster than the rest. Thanks for any help!

All right, I can arrange brush textures to "go faster" (entering its detail in the F7 menu, then changing Renderer -> Texture Anim). That doesn't seem to do anything on texture models such as the SHODAN monitors, however.

Just in case anyone ever has the same problem, I attach here the accelerated animated texture MTL file addendum.

-quite obvious that Nicolette has all the keys from all the doors in the mansion, as she has no trouble opening any of them for herself to follow the player should they find an alternate way into some locked room.
