This guy wrote a comprehensive article about image dithering, how it's used in games and how it can be computed, including his own generator where you can upload any image to see various ditering algos applied.

They said there was a DDOS attack at a friend's school yesterday. Turns out the attack was all students joining the school's video conference at 8:00. XD

One of my earlier favourite singers (Steven Wilson) used it in his music video above. Kinda interesting.

Jesus, THAT's what Wilson is up to these days? Interesting idea, godawful song. Can't believe that's the same guy that made Fear of a Blank Planet.

110% agree with you there. I strongly dislike all that he's been doing since he moved away from progressive rock. His last good album was "To The Bone" which had some good ones. After that though he went more pop direction.

reviewjournal.com: "Bill would allow tech companies to create local governments"
Innovation Zones would allow tech companies like Blockchains, LLC to effectively form separate local governments in Nevada, governments that would carry the same authority as a county, including the ability to impose taxes, form school districts and justice courts and provide government services, to name a few duties.

It really doesn't get much more Cyberpunk than that.  :stroke:

This just in: Blockchain LLC declared war on Epson Robots a few minutes ago. It's the third time this month that Blockchain LLC attempts a hostile takeover of another innovation zone. More on that after the break.

In another example of cyberpunk reality: some cops in Beverly Hills are weaponizing copyright filters by playing Beatles songs, in order to prevent online distribution of videos about them.

Anyone can do this of course. All it takes is a Bluetooth speaker to prevent videos of any event being distributed.

Dance pantless to it, going

Ring ding ding ding ding ding
Ring ding ding ding bem bem bem
Ring ding ding ding ding ding
Ring ding ding ding baa baa

and the media cops have an effective distraction right there.

If you're using Chrome and Google, you may have noticed, that search results sometimes highlight the searched phrase on the result page and scroll directly to it.

This is achieved by a special hashtag-anchor at the end of the target-URL:
https://www.systemshock.org/index.php?topic=6710.msg138499#msg_138499:~:text=Ring%20ding%20ding%20ding%20ding%20ding,-Ring%20ding%20ding%20ding%20bem

This would obviously useful in the hands of users too, so now there is a Chrome Extension that allows to create text-fragment links by right-clicking marked text on any webpage.

But will Raiden still get to fuck Rose? And will the Colonel get a voice module that doesn't clip?
