Inventory problem

I have a really odd problem with my inventory: I am running Elderon's Amp, SHTUP, Rebirth, ADAOB, all newest versions, installed with instructions from strangebedfellows, and it all works just fine, except for one thing: with the default or standard fps controls set, it goes well, however, if I change some controls (say, I want to change ammo type with E instead of B, F because it's more natural to me) when I enter my inventory and try to click on an item, nothing happens but I fire a weapon, if equiped. I can't click on anything logs, etc. When I load Standard FPS it works. I can't figure it out, last time I played was years ago (with no mods then), and I never had this problem.
