here is another experimental something that will probably never make it into the full SCP classic (non-enhanced) build - the Stasis Field Generator secondary mode will not just freeze all creatures in the affected area, but will also deploy a stasis trap field that will persist in the world for 20 seconds. any AI unlucky enough to wander through it will get stasis locked as well. this was an attempt to make the most underused mode of the most underused SS2 weapon somewhat more usable/interesting, but as it introduces an entirely new mechanic to the game, it is not suitable for the current "as close to vanilla as possible" SCP build.

requires SCP beta1, either overwrite its current gamesys or load as a mod with priority greater than SCP (and ignore the conflicts). starting a new game is not necessary. comments are welcome.
