I'm glad you posted this. I haven't event thought about this and it led me to some interesting stuff while trying to figure out what they actually could have used. I assumed they just used some filters to make those speeches (as they used so much effort on Shodan voices).

I agree those sounds are very close and have the same names as the DECtalk ones which suggest WillowTalk is derived from it. So you propably could recreate those speeches with that software with some effort (There probably are some commands to change the tone etc.).

Good find despite it wasn't exactly the one they used
