There doesn't seem to be many people playing System Shock 2 fan missions anyway for someone to make let's plays of them. So there's no surprise that there doesn't seem to be a let's play of The Minstrel.

Fixed. Wow, that was an enormous derp, even by my standards...
I'm not surprised that nobody made a series about this FM yet, I just find it interesting. Being the first for something is pretty hard nowadays.

a lot of people who actually downloaded (the pre-NewDark version) were quite possibly put off by its relatively poor state, I'd imagine (there was still some infinite spawning left before 1.01, so it probably was crashing as well), lowering the chances for a LP even more.

anyway, this'll be interesting to watch, as (unlike RttUNN) Minstrel did not receive any real testing (let alone a complete test run) - I've basically just duct taped what I could/knew about, rechecked in the editor and that was it. pretty sure 1.03 will be due once I go through the complete LP - I can already see that some more patrol points will be required, for example.

you have used the keypad code, even though you haven't actually found it yet. will not break the game, but you will be left with one goal incomplete.

also you need to upload videos more often.

Yeah, sorry, I'm trying to get a decent run in Reallife, currently stuck on that level where you have to rent a flat and move to another city, seems like some hacker always gets them just minutes before I can send my application, which is both time consuming and minimally frustrating...
In my defense, though, that locker containing the codes did not open, but I am not able to reproduce the issue.

Edit: Ok, I was just too impatient. Might be nice if you could add a "Please don't do that" by Ariadne when you try to prematurely open the locker, kind of like how she scolds you if you try to flick the switch in engineering beneath the docking tunnel.

it's intentional as far as I can see (so you wouldn't be able to get the log before you fire the sensors), and I don't want to be messing with the quest systems unless I really have to. it's just not expected that you would dash right to the locker after activating the sensors. maybe I'll shorten the timer a bit.

Maybe the keypad code could be randomly selected from a set of, like, five possible codes.

that would be doable, but I'd consider it currently out of scope. the player skipping the code finding quest is pretty much harmless, so if he knows the code and feels like skipping stuff, well, to each his own. in orig SS2, you can skip entire medsci if you know the engineering code.
