Gamepad compatability for SS2?

I was wondering if its possible to enable analog gamepads work with SS2? The gamepad I'm trying to use is a GGE909 PC Recoil Pad. any advice?

There´s a freeware tool called "JoytoKey", which allows you to play any game using a gamepad:

Basically, this tool is running in the background while playing, and it converts your gamepad commands to keyboard commands, so any game can understand them.
