Hybrid editing in shocked. Plz help.

The issue is that Dark's animation system doesn't support blending running and attacking motions. It's one or the other. So the only "fix" for this "BUG BUG IT'S A BUG DERP DERP DERP" is to make the enemies so ridiculously fast that they can completely catch up to a running player, stop, and attack.

The alternative, better fix is to not be a crazy person and realize that SS2 is not Serious Sam, and just running around will not gain you much of an advantage because eventually you will have to stop and do things.

The thing is that when you running backward - you can attack them without counterattack.. they may stop and attack you only one of the five cases, but they never hits you if you will keep running...the other times they just keep running and takes damage from you. You running.. attacking.. they die... and the other thing is that hybrids are the main enemies in game and they are presented in every level, by the way 2/3 of your fights are meele without range weapons. Too easy. Too plant-like enemies. And if it's possbile to fix it, i guess you no longer can run freely back and forth from the hybrids. You have to fight with them, or die.  Because in any case they will catch you and hurt you. They will present a real danger.

What part of "System Shock 2 is not Serious Sam" are you still not understanding? There are no miles-wide empty fields on the Von Braun. Unless you've played the game so much that you've memorized it, backing up will inevitably get you stopped against a wall, railing, crate, or whatever, and you'll get beaten to death. If you HAVE played SS2 that much, then congratulations, you're an expert player and you know all the tricks. Hooray for you.

It's an abandoned spaceship which is teeming with dangers. It needs to give you a real challange, not easy walk. And yes i played it 37 times...

again, all I see is "if I run too fast, I'll escape my enemies". which is not a bug - it actually works pretty well in real life too.

Same i can tell to you. If you not like my suggestion/request - keep playing with stupit plant-like enemies without any agitation. If ThiefsieFool cant fix it in feature.. ok then, i will play in Alya mod wich i dont like but only becouse of super best enemies i ever seen. If he can - it would be great improvment for all.(be sure u will like it)

Also i see no borders to fix it if one man made it allready in past. Peace.
