Custom suit HUD

Hi, guys.  What you think about that to add to SS 2 custom HUD(something like this Image: http://media.moddb.com/images/downloads/1/98/97982/ss_alexandre_02-14-16_13-01-39.jpg) when you wearing a hazard suit or something else. Is it possible or not?

First, that's not a HUD. A heads-up display has to display some information. You're just talking about an overlay.

Second, yes, it probably is possible.

Third, it would be horrible. There is nothing so awesome about the hazard suit that it would be worth obscuring your vision like that. It's already enough of a nuisance just carrying it around.

I'm 95% sure that this CAN be done but it certainly sounds like mod territory so why not mock something up in a texture file and check the modder's notes to see how to enable it?  If people like it, then it'll have been time well spent.

Modifications do tend to be mods, yes.
