ok, lets see whether it's possible to extend the functionality - test3 should now emulate the original setup (botwreck will selfdestruct after 20 seconds, producing lootable debris, and still spawn a friendly bot if repaired in time).

ok, copy pasted the setup onto the secbot and mpbot, also added a hud id text (droid wreckage), quick tested and everything looks good - attaching to the first post as proper rc5 (apart from the mspaint quality of the bot wreckage textures, this is pretty much ready for a full release - assuming no other bugs are found).

I've just had some moments in the ops deck: 2 * turret + droid from the locked security room, all by my side + triggered the alarm = insane carnage

I'll wait for your confirmation on all three droid types and then I'll probably release rc5 as 1.0, wreck textures be damned.

All 3 types of droids work. One small issue though which is not from the mod: the droids can walk through each other.

Experimental Secmod support - update the gamesys in your Secmod folder with the file from the Secmod_Immortality_gam archive, and load SS2_Secmod_Droid_Immortality_1.01 with max priority. NewDark 2.47 or newer required.
