also, quite sure this is a tool-less install - ack. lets hope he had enough common sense to at least use the modmanager.

By which elements can I identify the use of SS2Tool?

many things, but two dead giveaways are the Ops choice bay decal at 10:15 (will read Bay1 with the tool, and Bay2 without), and the railings at 19:00 (normal with the tool, broken without).

may not be as clear though, as the user might have an old patched install that was not updated with the tool very recently, but that bay1-bay2 fix has been there forever, so if you (don't) see that, you pretty much know for sure.

he is also using the not recommended 400 screen pack, and pretty sure SHTUP is just the old beta6. Fixed Objects is also loaded, so I'm thinking he is using the manager, just without the tool. it's strange, but who am I to judge.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to repackage the 400 removed content archive so it can't be installed unless you really know what you're doing. Like, rename all the folders to "FAM-400-Removed", etc.

it's just a link, actually;
Removed content (screens) - Get it here

Hmm. Maybe... replace the link with a local copy?

Or maybe change the link to link to a page that says in big blinking letters "DO NOT ACTUALLY USE THIS YOU IDIOT", then link to the actual archive.

Anyway, @unn_atropos, I don't think he's using SHTUP-ND. The only upgraded monitor screens are the 400 ones.

yes, I would like that very much.

or we could just kill the link, but that feels a bit.. rude.
