Restored some unused stuff into an extra event that will happen when you enter the Ops4 prison, see its (slightly spoilerific) first bit:

requires SCP, load with the modmanager.

I kinda wouldn't mind including that in SCP. Though I'd trigger it on opening the cell door.

was considering it, but that would be quite obvious. and sure, feel free to merge it in - I have no problems with small silent updates. or lets maybe wait a bit, I have an inkling that we will have to update stuff in a not far away future anyway..

But, I'm wondering if there's somewhere else it could go. That area already has an "event".

but one much less verbal (and quite common throughout the game). anyway, the prison seemed like an obvious choice, but I'm guessing a medbay or even a morgue would also do. any place where the actor would be relatively protected from a trigger happy player would be good, really - the idea is that the event should not be perceived as a threat, but left to play out in peace to enhance the atmosphere.

Getting trapped in a small space with worms and having to smash out some glass and then a junction box to escape? When else does that happen?

the escape part is unique, but worms drop out of stuff all over the place. one way or another, having two events close to one another with one being passive where the player just watches, and the other active where he is part of the action is not really a problem.
