hmm, the medsci1 first corpse corridor is widened and the bridge chunk near the first upg units is on the ground, sounds like beta4 to me (//yes, at 10:11, the new vent end can be seen. also, the screens are definitely upgraded at 10:19, so some kind of SHTUP-ND must be involved).

Well that's cool, glad this game still gets so much love, had heard of it for years but never played it until early this year, done two playthroughs now, time to do another.
